Breakfast for champs 🥞

Hey everyone, I got tired of having cereal and oatmeal for breakfast and decided to make pancakes (almost from scratch), which I hardly ever do.

Recipe

1 1/2 cups ‘aunt Jemima’ pancake mix (I used this as my makeshift flour)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 1/4 cups milk

1 egg

2 tablespoons butter, melted

If the whole process doesn’t work out, remember you can just add water to the pancake mix and you’re good to go. Feel free to try out the recipe and let me know what you think!
